PRODUCT WARRANTY

The product's warranty period is 15 days. The warranty period is calculated from the date the package is delivered to the consumer.
 
If the product has problems or malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact us at support@upslife.com. We will provide after-sales warranty service within 2-3 working days.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges Conditions

1. We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with our products. If you need to exchange or return the product due to product quality, you have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivered, overdue requests will not be processed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.The items returned must remain unused in their original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are worn, damaged, cleaned, or altered in any way.  

3.Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

4.Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Upslife products.

5.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund;

6.If your product needs to be exchanged due to quality issues, Upslife will bear the shipping cost; We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@upslife.com.

7.We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

Please contact our customer service at support@upslife.com to get the return address.

If you meet the conditions for return and exchange, please follow the instructions:

  • Please provide your order number, order date, and a brief note on why you are requesting a refund.
  • Upslife will respond via email to let you know if your refund request has been approved.
  • Once your refund request is approved, please ship the product in original packaging to the address provided to you by Customer Care. You are responsible for all shipping charges, and we recommend you insure the shipment to cover the risk of loss or damage while in transit.
  • Write the return number that you receive from Customer Care on the outside of the box.
  • Once a return is initiated, you have 30 days to return your product.
  • Most returns will be processed within 3-5 working days after we receive your package.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: The shipping fee and tax are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@upslife.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivered.

 

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow 2-3 business days to complete the processing of returns and refunds, and it may take up to one week for the refund to appear on your payment account. Upslife reserves the right to evaluate all returns before issuing a credit.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@upslife.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
