Where do you ship?

All Upslife.com standard shipping rates and policies apply to all items when shipped to the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, including free shipping on qualifying orders. For other countries, please contact our customer service before placing the order.

We do not ship to the following locations: Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific

What are your shipping fees?

  • $4.99 flat fee for all orders under $59. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Free shipping for all orders over $59.
  • Free shipping minimum is based on sub-total after discounts and before taxes.

How long does delivery normally take?

Delivery can take up to 4-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  after the ship date. For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes. Shipping is subject to change due to holiday schedules; some of our carriers may experience delays during the holiday season.

Notes:

1) We will dispatch the order within two to three business days EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.

2) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

3) The shipping time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

5) Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.
