Do I need a special bra for pumping?

Our Upslife hands-free breast pump is designed to be worn with your standard nursing bra. For a better pumping experience, make sure there is no space between the breast pump and your breast, and it cannot be moved easily.

If your bra isn't flexible enough, you can use a bra adjuster to create more room.

How to clean breast pump accessories?

Clean washable components

1. Rinse and wash by hand, use an exclusive wash basin for your baby feeding items.

2. Rinse or wash these parts with cold and clear drinking-level water (approx.20°C/68°F), or with warm and soapy water (approx. 30°C/86°F).

3. Use the washing agent without artificial fragrances or coloring.

4. Check carefully to check whether there is any contamination. If it does, please repeat the clean process as above again until there is no contamination.

5. After washing or rinsing, air-dry these parts on a clean and unused towel, paper towel, or cloth.

*Warning

Please don’t use a steamer or a microwave sterilizer to disinfect these parts, because the high temperature may cause deformation of them. All the ultraviolet products are not recommended to be used to sterile this product.

How long should I replace breast pump accessories?

Some breast pump accessories do need replacing regularly to maintain performance. If you notice that your pump seems to have lost suction, the first thing you should do is take a look at your parts, particularly the valves, and inspect for wear, fraying, or stretching and replace if needed.

1. Valve membranes and duck valves need to be replaced every 2 months;

2. Backflow protector diaphragms need to be replaced every 3 to 6 months

3. Replace breast shields every 6 months

How long will the order arrive?

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

●Processing time: 2 - 3 days
●Shipping time: 10-15 days (excluding weekends and holidays). For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Since we want to send your items to you as quickly as possible, we are generally unable to make changes to an order after it's been placed. However, you can send an email to support@upslife.com to check the status of your order.

The product I ordered doesn’t fit. What can I do?

To start your return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with tags attached, please send an email to support@upslife.com for more specific assistance. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of underwear; please email us for assistance with fit or quality issues.

What sizes do you offer?

Finding the right size is key to maximize comfort and output. Upslife offers flanges in four sizes: 19mm, 21mm, 24mm, and 27mm. These four sizes are included in the package

How to measure my breast pump flange size?

At Upslife, we provide a breast pump flange size chart for you. You can find the correct size through the chart.

Your breasts may change between the third trimester and after giving birth. Also, your breasts may change through your breast pumping journey, so it's important to regularly check your flange size.

Upslife's default flange size is 27mm, and 19mm/21mm/24mm inserts are including in the package.

Does sizing change over time?

Possibly! Your breasts may change between the third trimester and after giving birth. Also, your breasts may change through your breast pumping journey, so it's important to regularly check your flange size.If you measure your nipples before beginning to pump or before you have your baby, you will want to add 1-3 mm to the measurement you found for your nipple diameter for choosing the correct flange size. This will allow for the amount of swelling that occurs during pumping.

Warranty & Returns

Return Policy

Upslife pump may be returned or a refund of the purchase price and sales tax paid, within 15 days from the date the package is delivered to the consumer.
Provided that the applicable item:
Was purchased from www.upslife.com;
Returned in its original packaging and original condition;
Is unused and unopened (no seals broken);
You must contact us to start the return process and to obtain a RMA number before shipping the product. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

If the product has problems or malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact us at support@upslife.com. We will provide after-sales warranty service within 2-3 working days.

Warranty Policy

Our hands-free pumps have 90 days warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers the Upslife breast pump motor and not the accessories.

--Flange, diaphragms, and duckbills should be replaced upon signs of wear and tear.

This warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This warranty is only valid for the customer as per the order details. It cannot be transferred, negotiated, or assigned to a third party.
2. Please keep your original proof of purchase from upslife.com as it is required to exercise your warranty.
3. The Warranty covers the electrical breast pump motor and does not cover the product parts that are normal wear and tear/Usage other than in accordance with the instruction manual/Any unauthorised disassembly, repair, alteration or modification/Misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, and rough handling/Liquid damage (e.g. water/milk entering breast pump motor).
4. For warranty claims please send an email to support@upslife.com with your order number and reason for your claim. One of the team will then instruct you on how to proceed. All transport/courier fees for sending and collection are to be covered by the customer.
5. Any warranty claims must be supported with reasonable evidence, including proof of date of purchase along with pictures/and photography. The team may also want to examine the pump to check for any water/milk damage.
Upslife must be notified of any and all issues regarding the breast pump upon submission for a warranty claim.

Upslife will repair or replace the breast pump once we have determined that its defect(s) meet the terms and conditions of this warranty. Note that refunds cannot be made after 15 days of receipt, only repairs or replacements can be made.
The duration of this warranty will not be extended in the event that Upslife decides to repair the breast pump or provide a replacement for the breast pump.
